(وإن قَلعَ) الأعورُ (عينَيْ صحيحٍ عمدًا، خُيِّر) المجني عليه (بين قلع عينه ولا شيء له غيرها) لأنه أخذ جميع بصره بجميع بصره، فوجب الاكتفاء بذلك (وبين) أخذ (الدِّية) لعينيه.
