كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن ضربهما) أي: الشفتين (فأشلَّهما) ففيهما الدية؛ لأنه عطَّل نفعهما، أشبه ما لو أشلَّ يده (أو) ضربهما فـ (ـتقلَّصَتا، فلم تنطبقا على الأسنان) ففيهما الدية؛ لأنَّه عطَّل جمالهما (أو استرختا، فصارتا لا تنفصلان عن الأسنان، ففيهما الدية) لأنَّه عطَّل نفعهما.
