(وإن قطعه) أي: اللسان (فذهبتا) أي: منفعة الكلام والذوق (معًا فَدِية واحدة) لأنهما ذَهَبَا تبعًا، فوجب دية اللسان دونهما، كما لو قتل إنسانًا.
