(ولو قطع) جان (نصفَه) أي: اللسان (فذهب رُبعُ الكلام، ثم قطع آخر بقيته) أي: اللسان (فذهب (١) ثلاثة أرباعه) أي: الكلام (فعلى الأوَّل نصف الدية) لإذهابه نصف اللسان (وعلى الثَّاني ثلاثة أرباعها) أي: الدية؛ لإذهابه ثلاثة أرباع الكلام.
