كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن قطع نصفَه) أي: اللسان (فذهب كلُّ كلامِهِ، ثم قطع آخرُ بقيته فعاد كلامُه، لم يجب ردُّ الدية) لأنَّ الكلام الذي كان باللسان قد ذهب ولم يعد إلى اللسان، وإنَّما عاد إلى محل آخر.
