(وإن) عادت قصيرة و (أمكن تقدير نقصها عن نظيرتها، أو كان فيها ثلمة أمكن تقديرها، ففيها بقَدْر ما نقص) منها من دِيتها بالنسبة، كما لو نقص سمع أذن، أو بصر عين، وأمكن تقديره.
