(وفي ذكر الخصيِّ ولو جامع به) حكومة (و) في (ذكر العِنِّين) حكومة (و) في (الذَّكر دون حشفته حكومة) لأنه لا مقدَّر فيه، ولا يمكن إيجاب دية كاملة، لذهاب منفعته.
