(وإن جنى عليه، فأذهب سمعَهُ وعَقلَه وبصرَه وكلامَه، وجب أربعُ ديات) لقضاء عمر؛ رواه أَحْمد في رواية ولده عبد الله (مع أرْش الجرح) إن كان، كما لو ذهبت بجنايات.
