(وإن خَرَقه) أي: الحاجز بين موضحتين (أجنبيٌّ، فعلى الأول أرْش موضِحتين، وعلى الثاني أرْش موضِحة؛ لأن فعل أحدهما لا ينبني على فعل الآخر) فانفرد كلُّ واحدٍ منهما بحكم جنايته.
