(و) يُشترط - أيضًا - (طلب الورثة) جميعِهِمْ (و) يشترط أيضًا: (اتفاقهم) أي: الورثة (على القَتْل، و) على (عين القاتل، وتقدّم بعضه) مفصّلًا.
