(وإن كانوا) أي: الورَّاث (ثلاثة بنين، حَلَف كلُّ واحدٍ) منهم (سبعة عشر) يمينًا؛ لأنَّ لكلِّ ابنٍ ثُلُث الأيمان، ستة عشر يمينًا وثلثين، ثم يكمل.
