(فإن كان) المحدود (مريضًا أو) كان (نِضْوَ الخلقة، أو في شدة حَرٍّ أو برد، وكان الحَدُّ جلدًا، أُقيم عليه) الحد (بسوط يؤمن معه التلف) لحديث: "إذا أمَرتُكُم بأمرٍ فأتُوا منهُ ما استطعتُم".
