(ومن أذن له) الإمام (في إقامة الحَدّ فهو نائبه) يكفي حضوره؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "وامضِ يا أُنيسُ إلى امرأةِ هذا فإنْ أقرَّت فارْجُمها" (٣) .
