(ولا تُقبل) أي: لا تُسمع (دعوى الجهل بالحَدِّ) فإذا علم أن الخمر مُحَرَّم ، لكن جهل وجوب الحَدّ بشُربه؛ حُدَّ، ولم تنفعه دعوى الجهل بالعقوبة، كما مَرَّ في الزنى .
