(ولو توجَّه عليه تعزيرات على معاصٍ شتَّى؛ فإن تمحَّضتْ لله) تعالى (واتَّحد نوعُها) كأنْ قَبَّل أجنبيةً مرارًا (أو اختلف) نوعُها، بأنْ قَبَّل أجنبية ولَمَس أخرى قصدًا (تداخلت) وكفاه تعزيرٌ واحد، كما تقدم في حد الزنى.
