(وكذا لو وَجَد مع امرأته رجلًا) من غير زنىً بها، في رواية نقلها يعقوب ، وجزم بها في "المذهب"، و"المحرر" وغيرهما، واحتج بأنّ عليًّا وَجَدَ رجُلًا مع امرأةٍ في لِحَافها، فضربه مائة ؛ ذكره في "المبدع".
