كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولا) يُقطع (بسرقة مصحف) لأن المقصود منه كلام الله تعالى، وهو لا يجوز أخذ العوض عنه (ولا) يُقطع - أيضًا - (بما عليه) أي: المصحف (من حَلي) لأنه تابعٌ لما لا قطع فيه.
