(فمَن نَبَشَ القبرَ وأخذ الكفنَ، قُطِع) روي عن ابن الزبير . وعن عائشة:"سارق أمواتنا كسارق أحيائنا"، ولقوله تعالى:{وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا}.
