(أو جداره، أو تأزيره (١) شيئًا؛ قُطِع) لأنه سرق من حِرْزِ مِثْلِه عادة نصابًا لا شُبهة له فيه، وما كان منفكًا من ذلك، فليس بمُحْرَز، فلا قَطْع على سارقه.
