كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وما عداهن) أي: الثمر، والكَثَر، والماشية (يُضمن بقيمته مرة واحدة) إن كان متقوّمًا (أو بمثله إن كان مثليًّا) لأن التضعيف فيها على خلاف القياس للنص، فلا يتجاوز به محل النص.
