(وإن كان فيهم) أي: المحاربين (امرأة ثبت لها حكم المحاربة) كالرجل؛ لعموم الأدلة، وكالسرقة (فمتى قَتَلت، أو أخَذَت المال؛ ثَبَت لها حكم المحاربة في حَقِّ من معها، كهي؛ لأنهم رِدؤها) فيكونون كالمباشرين.
