(فإن شهدت بينة أنهم رأوا هذا) أي: المقتول (مقبلًا إلى هذا) أي: القاتل (بسلاح مشهور، فضربه هذا) أي: القاتل (فَدَمُهُ) أي: المقتول (هَدْرٌ) لثبوت صيالته عليه.
