(ولا) يُباحُ (أكل الحشيشةِ المُسْكِرة، وتُسمَّى حشيشةَ الفقراء) لعمومِ قولهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "كُلُّ مُسكرٍ خمرٌ، وكُل خمرٍ حرامٌ".
