(وله) أي: المضطر (أن يتزوَّد منه) أي: المُحرَّم (إن خاف الحاجةَ) إن لم يتزوَّد؛ لأنه لا ضررَ فِي استصحابها، ولا في إعدادها لدفع ضرورته، وقضاء حاجته، ولا يأكلُ منها إلَّا عند ضرورته.
