(ولو اشتبهت ميتةٌ بمذكَّاة، ولم يجد غيرَهما؛ تحرَّى المضطرُّ فيهما) أي: اجتهد وأكل مما يغلب على ظَنِّه أنها المُذَكَّاةُ؛ للحاجة (وحَرُمَتا على غيره) ممَّن ليس بمضطر، كما لو اشتبهت أخته بأجنبيات.
