(وإن لم يكن صاحبه مضطرًّا إليه، لزمه بَذْلُه) للمضطر (بقيمته) لأنه يتعلَّق به إحياءُ نفسِ آدمي معصوم، فلزمه بَذْلُه، كما يلزمه بَذْل منافعه فِي تخليصه من الغرق.
