(فإن لم يَقْدِر) المضطرُّ (على قهره، دخل) معه (فِي العقد) صورةً، كراهة أن يجري بينهما دمٌ (وعزم على ألا يتم عقد الربا) لقوله تعالى: {وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا}.
