(ولا يجب عليه إنزاله) أي: الضيف (في بيته) لما فيه من الحرج والمشقة (إلا ألّا يجد) الضيفُ (مسجدًا، أو رباطًا ونحوَهما يبيت فيه، ولا يخافُ منه) ضررًا، فيلزمه إنزاله في بيته للضرورة.
