(و) يكره بوله في (ماء راكد) لخبر "لا يبولنَّ أحدُكم في الماءِ الدائم" وتقدم . (و) يكره بوله في (قليل جار) لأنه يفسده وينجسه، ولعلهم لم يحرموه لأن الماء غير متمول عادة، أو لأنه يمكن تطهره بالإضافة كما تقدم. (و) يكره بوله
