(ولو أراد الجزم) بيمينه (فَسَبق لسانُهُ إلى الاستثناء من غير قَصْدٍ، أو كانت عادته جاريةً به) أي: الاستثناء (فجرى على لسانه من غير قَصْدٍ؛ لم يصح) استثناؤه؛ لحديث:"وإنما لكلِّ امرىءٍ ما نَوى".
