(فإن لم يعلم) الحالف (مشيئته) أي: زيدٍ (لغَيْبة أو جنون أو موت؛ انحلَّت اليمين) أي: لم تنعقد؛ لعدم تحقُّق شَرْطها، والأصلُ عدمُه.
