(وإذا حلف ليفعلنَّ شيئًا، ونوى وقتًا بعينه) كيوم أو شهر أو سنة (تقيد به) لأن النية تصرف ظاهر اللفظ إلى غير ظاهره، فَلأَنْ تصرِفَه إلى وقت آخر بطريق الأوْلى.
