كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن حلف: لا يببعُ ثوبَه إلا بمائة، فباعه بها) أي: المائة (أو) باعه (بأكثر) من المائة (لم يحنث) لأنه لم يخالف ما حلف عليه (و) إن باعه (بأقل) من مائة (يحنث) لمخالفته ما حلف عليه.
