(و) لو حلف: (لا يأكل من هذا الدقيق، فاسْتَفَّه أو خبزه فأكله، حَنِث) لأنه أكله. قال الرُّمَّانيّ : حقيقة الأكل بلع الطعام بعد مضغه، فبلع الحصى ليس بأكل حقيقة؛ ذكره في "حاشيته".
