(و) لو حلف: (لا يأكل من هذه الشجرة، حَنِثَ بالثمرة فقط، ولو لَقَط) ـها (من تحتها) وأكلها؛ لأنها من الشجرة، ولا يحنث بأكل الورق ونحوه؛ لأن الثمرة هي المتبادرة إلى الذهن.
