(وإن خرج دون متاعه) المقصود (وأهله) مع إمكان نقلهم (حَنِثَ؛ لأن الانتقال لا يكون إلا بالأهل والمال) ولهذا يقال؛ فلان ساكن في البلد الفلاني، وهو غائبٌ عنه
