(وإن ضَرَبه في الغد، أو خَنقَه، أو نَتَفَ شعره، أو عصر ساقه بحيث يؤلمه، بَرَّ) لأنه يحصُل به مقصودُ الضرب، فهو في معناه، ولذلك يحنث به لو حلف: لا يضرب، وتقدم .
