(وفِعْلُ وكيلٍ كهو) أي: كفعل موكِّل (فلو وكَّل) الحالفُ: لا فارقتك حتى أستوفيَ حقي منك (في استيفاء حقِّه، ففارقه) الموكَّل (قبل استيفاء الوكيل، حَنِثَ) لأنه فارقه قبل أن يستوفي حقه.
