(وإن أفطر) الناذر صيامًا متتابعًا (لسفرٍ، أو ما يُبيح الفِطر مع القُدْرة على الصوم، لم ينقطع التتابع) لأنه فطر لعُذر، أشبه المرض الذي يجب معه الفِطر.
