(خطر) عظيم (ووِزْرٌ كبير لمن لم يؤدِّ الحقَّ فيه) ولهذا في الحديث: "مَن جُعل قاضيًا فقد ذُبِح بغير سكِّينِ" رواه الترمذي وحسَّنه . أي: من تصدَّى للقضاء وتولاه، فقد تعرَّض للذبح، فليحذره، والذبح ههنا مجاز عن الهلاك، فإنه من أسرع أسبابه؛ قاله في "حاشيته".
