(فإن ذُكر له) أي: للإمام (من لا يعرف، أحضره وسأله) ليكون على بصيرة؛ ولأنه رُبَّما كان للمسؤول غرضٌ غير المطلوب. وكانوا يمتحنون العمال بالفرائض ونحوها من الغوامض
