(ولا تُشترط عدالة المولي -بكسر اللامَ- ولو كان نائبَ الإمام) لأن ولاية الإمام الكبرى تصح من كل بَرٍّ وفاجر، فصحة ولايته كالعدل؛ ولأنها لو اعتبرت في المولي، أفضى إلى تعذُّرها بالكلية فيما إذا كان غير عدل.
