(فَيُراعي كلٌّ منهما ألفاظَ إمامِه، و) يُراعي من أقواله (متأخِّرَها، ويُقَلِّد كبارَ مذهبه في ذلك، ويحكم به، ولو اعتقد خلافه؛ لأنه مُقَلِّد) ولا يخرج عن الظاهر عنه.
