(ويرجح -أيضًا- بحُسْنِ الخُلُق) وتقدم. (و) يرجح (من كان أكمل في الصفات) السابق ذكرها؛ لترجحه بكماله. (و) يجوز أن (يولَّى المَوْلَى) أي: العتيق (مع أهليته) لأنه صار حرًّا، أشبه حرَّ الأصل.
