(فيأتي) القاضي (الجامعَ، فيصلي فيه ركعتين) لأن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - "كان إذا قَدِم من سفر، بدأ بالمسجد، فصلَّى فيه ركعتين" فيستحبُّ ذلك لكلِّ قادمٍ (ويجلس مُستقبِلَ القِبْلةِ) لأن "خير المجالس ما استُقْبِلَ به القِبْلة"
