(مُسلِمًا) لقوله تعالى: {لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِنْ دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالًا} (مكلَّفًا) لأن غير المكلف لا يوثق بقوله، ولا يعوّل عليه (عدلًا) لأن الكتابة موضع أمانة.
