(وإن) كان (حُبِسَ في تُهمة، أو افتيات على القاضي قبلَه (٢) ، أو) في (تعزيرٍ؛ خَلَّى) القاضي (سبيله) إن رآه (أو بقَّاه (٣) ) في الحبس (بقَدْرِ ما يرى) إبقاءه فيه.
