كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(بحقِّ آدميٍّ غير معيَّن، كوقف على فقراءَ، أو علماءَ، أو مسجدٍ، أو وصية له) أي: للمسجد (أو رباط، وإن لم يطلبه مستحقّه) لأن الحق فيه لم يتعيَّن لواحد بعينه، أشبه حقَّ الله تعالى.
