(فإن نَكَلَ) المُدَّعَى عليه عن الحلف على (ما دون المائة) بأن حلف أنه لا يستحق عليه مائة، ونَكَلَ عن قوله: ولا شيء منها (حكم عليه بمائة إلا جزءًا) من أجزاء المائة.
