(ولو قال) المُدَّعَى عليه: (كان) المُدَّعَى به (بيدك) أمس (أو) كان (لك أمس، وهو ملكي الآن، لزمه) أي: المُدَّعَى عليه (بيان سبب زوال يده) أو ملكه؛ لأن الأصل بقاء الملك، أو اليد.
